Directions

Below are directions for spectators and for shell trailer drivers.

CARS

From I-5 head west on SeaWorld Drive, follow the signs for Ingraham Street.  Free parking and free Goldfield Stage shuttles are available at Ski Beach. Turn right at the stop light right after the first bridge.  To reach Crown Point Shores Park, turn right after the second bridge onto Crown Point Shores Drive. Take the first right to enter the park.  Parking at Crown Point is free on weekdays.  $10 on the weekend.

From I-8 take the Ingraham/West Point Loma Blvd. exit and follow the signs for Ingraham Street.  Free Parking and free Goldfield Stage shuttles are available at Ski Beach.  Turn right at the stop light right after the first bridge.  To reach Crown Point Shores Park, turn right after the second bridge onto Crown Point Shores Drive.  Take the first right to enter the park.  Parking at Crown Point is free on weekdays.  $10 on the weekend.

FREE PARKING, FREE SHUTTLE are available from Ski Beach beginning at 5:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday with the last shuttle approximately 45 minutes after the last race.

TRAILERS

From Interstate 5, Southbound
Take the Balboa and Garnet Exit. Go right (west) on Garnet Street to a Y junction and stay left on Balboa. Where Balboa merges with Grand Avenue, turn left onto Lamont Street. Go straight (south) on Lamont Street to the “Yield” sign at Crown Point Drive. Go straight ahead; trailer parking is down the hill in a dirt lot on your left.  Please park carefully and follow all directions.

From Interstate 5 Northbound
Exit I-5 at Grand and Garnet. Turn left (west) at the first left (Grand), then left on Lamont Street and straight ahead to the “Yield” sign at Crown Point Drive. Go straight ahead; trailer parking is down the hill to the left and car parking is to the right.

From Interstate 8 Westbound
Take Interstate 5 North, and follow the directions immediately above, “From Interstate 5 Northbound”. This route avoids at least one difficult turn for long trailers.
