What does a Learn to Row session entail?

The session will include a land component to cover safety and rowing technique before moving to on the water rowing. Participants will work together with experienced rowers to load the boats and oars into the water, and take their first strokes!

  • Close fitting clothing like lycra is recommended but not required; very loose or oversized clothing is not recommended (basketball shorts, baggy sweatshirts, etc.)
